The song has a certain irreverence to it. I think the most villainous thing that you do in the song is that you killed the chorus. There's never a chord in that song. It's all just sort of monophonic patterns except for her voice which is chordal. So there's this bad guy character which is tending towards the minor yet the song has acertain irreverenceto it. We were like it took a couple takes to get a duh that we didn't think was contrived either. Like every every great villain in every movie is funny because otherwise you'd be they would be so uncharismatic.
