Craig: Humanizing yourself, getting to know people, the shared contexts. There's all those, there's a category of all these things that we need to employ as managers and leaders. But you know, it's not universal all the time. It's important in certain situations to do early or not to do it early too. Craig: The challenge of any scaling is communication. Once you get that cadence of velocity, it's pretty easy to maintain that. Then it's layering on that strategy, that vision, right? That's where you start to try to take the, you know, the home run, right?
