Kate Bush and Dolly Parton

Shenandoah Connor said Peter Gabriel tried to shag Kate Bush and she wasn't having any. Dolly Parton was apparently his first choice for a duet partner, which I can see because he wrote Don't Give Up after seeing photos taken by Dorothea Lange of families trying to survive in the Great Depression. A lot has been made of her sort of increasingly long time between albums and her relatively slim Discography. But she gave birth to her son, Birdie in 1998. She and Dell split up, I think in the early 90s. And so she met another another musician, a guitarist, whose name is escaping me right now. There's other all on YouTube
