Are You Raging More Than You Used To?

There's no one easy, one size fits all answer it is dependent on the person and what they like to do. Are people throwing controllers and getting upset? If so, it's time to take a second and kind of reflect on that. And if it's not something that i'm actually enjoying, and it feels like work or like a chorer, then maybe re evaluating your relationship with that particular game or an gaming more broadly.
