How Would You Rate a Boot Camp?

Five years after graduating from boot camp, how would you rate the overall experience and also post boot camp? I'm always really hesitant to recommend boot camps, because i realize it's not for everyone. You really have to be like, prepared to put side three or four months of your life, like, every aspect of your life. It's such a fast pace that they actually kind of expect you not to be able to accomplish everything. Sometimes if you're really falling behind, they can't o just tell you, hay, just move on. If anything, just go back to it.
