Insecurity

The first time he ever talked to his dad about being in ministry was the day he said, Dad, I think God's calling me in the ministry. Richard: "I just can't if if I'm gonna do it based on people's approval and appreciation and expressions of thanks, I gotta get out of this line of work" He remembers getting on his knees and saying, you know what, if nobody thanks me, if no one appreciates me, I'm only doing this because God, you want me to do it.
