I think that what I see a lot, I probably work with the other side of the equation to you is mostly women and mostly more anxious women who are wanting to group and control and fix and reach their partner. Retreating, isolating or blaming yourself, going into shame and unworthiness aren't really recipes for healthy relationships. A lot of women underestimate how important competency is for a man to feel like he has a place in your life,. To feel like he is contributing to you in some way, shape or form," she says.
