Uglish is a search engine that will help you find the pronunciation of any word out there. It searches through a lot of different videos on YouTube. There's a good chance you'll find examples of native speakers saying it on Uglish. The cones are... I don't think it's for pronunciation as advertised. For listening maybe, but it is too distracting and ultimately inefficient. Dictionaries do a much, much better job.
