The Black Hole Is Getting Colder, Right?

From the outside, a black hole looks like it's losing energy. Time dilation kind of helps that picture. Maybe there's a miss match between temperature we observe from afar and the actual temper or inside a black hole. In a more intuitive sense, i callet the cooler theory.
