Do You Have Any Guidance on Fat and Protein?

Ollie: I think from a performance standpoint, there is a certain threshold amount of fat that you need. For me personally, protein around 35 to 40% is something and that's closely matches the macronutrients of a ribeye steak. You don't have to go ketogenic macronutrient ratios or eating 80 or 90% of your fat, which some people like to do. But for the average normally functioning person, a mix of about where I'm at seems to work pretty well. Ollie: There'll be days when the fat is really appealing and there'll be other days when it's not. And I think you just kind of listen.
