I was very much, very fortunate to always be around force plates. Because particularly with isometric strength and some of these movements, you can be very, very strong. Yet the weight you might hold, if you don't know how strong you are, you might think you're near max but you're probably at 60 or 70%. It's actually getting the real data to know where you're at. Gives you much better prescription off the back of it. But that's so painstaking.
