With punches, you've just got to make sure you've got that sugar and source of natural yeasts. You would definitely want some lemon skins or something in there than others. And I often use it to make a starter with, and will then make bread with it. So that will be up on the treasure trove, and we'll have other recipes and bits and goodies in for the patrons to dive into when they're ready. The only thing is, I don't put something like sourdough typically and at the same time, I've never either separated.
