We have severe vasodilation peripherally and severe vasoconstriction at the level of the liver. So I presume that what we're trying to do is increase the perfusion pressure that the kidney sees by raising the pressure of the blood getting there. Is that correct? Yeah, that's an essence. And with regards to the specific recommendation, it relates to vasopressors. The recommendation that the guidelines made was to recommend using vasopressor over no use of or not using vasopressor in patients who develop a patarino syndrome.
