The Importance of Unanimity in Elder Nomination

In the context of a meeting, really striving for unanimity among the elders. Sometimes we as pastors are persuaded and two pastors are persuaded by an elders argument. We have to make it so much more wise to require a unanimous vote for something. Because you want to have confidence about everybody sitting at that table.
