Safety in the Community

I appreciate that you advise starting with safety, in making sure that we're being aware of how our beliefs about how something should be our coming into the room. I think it's also a nice way to look at how this safety issue is really important for those of us in the community definitely. And another thing too, i think a recan cee prosses of starting to play out n now as well too,. As we talk about coming out, there's a really cool thing that' starting to vilop in the community, and it's about the idea of roten, coming out, inviting in. It's a real beautiful movement that's starteng against the momentum. And
