My interest in the commodity space started all the way back when I was a little kid. Both my parents, at various points in their career, worked for Exxon. And they actually met at Exxon's old Bayway Refinery on the New Jersey Turnpike. They met there during World War II. My father was a chemical engineer there,. working with a group that specialized in trying to overcome all the problems of refining and making 100 octane EVA-ish fuel.
