i think if i'm starting with somebody who's very naive to food, i would we've talked about this a few minutes ago. I wouldn't say, yup, here's your flexible dieting plant. Hit these macros. You're throwing em into the deep end of the pool. It would be, i would start with a meal plan of sorts. But even before that, i would just have them not change anything. Just write down what you normally do. And then over time, they'd track their breakfast makros and see how much protein, carbs and fat they were getting. As an educator, as an educator, i think it is the best. Mandate flexible
