What Is Your Role as Director of Academic Mentorships in Tail?

My role as director of academic mentorships is to ensure that our students are getting the best possible research experience. So it's a really great opportunity for high school students to work closely with a top university professor and also to produce tangible outcomes, particularly a research paper. Most of our professors will be people who have not only great researchers, but they're also very keen teachers,. And our professors come from all different fields. It's actually a very enjoyable part of my job is to work with our professors as they design their curriculum for our students.
