Toma Bravo is buying 15% of NASDAQ in a cash and stock deal. Toma Bravo has been really aggressive the last couple of years with its acquisitions. The company bought Calypso for around $3.7 billion, they bought Axiom for around $2 billion. They did something similar with Magnet Forensics and Grayshift,.
