The Importance of Soft Skills Training

I know that companies in the service space are starting to offer soft skills training like proactively and regularly but I'm thinking maybe it would be interesting to sort of pull them and see what are they using. Are they doing it themselves and if so what sort of methods or you know whatever. The round Robin point you made is interesting too because at our event in Paris this year, Coligan was one of the speakers who talked about a customer centricity month where employees from all different functions spend time with shadow roles. So it might even be interest interesting for your company.
