The Cave at La Jolla Park

In 1903, less than a year after the tunnel was completed, Professor Schult's Tunnel is a success. By 1911, he'd handed over the shop above the cave to a local merchant. Gustav spent most of his time on the upper story of the cabin, painting. He died in 1912; Legend has it his widow showed up in La Jolla and took over the shop.
