Android 14 Beta One Is a Buggy Experience
Beta one is not about adding new features, it's about making sure people get on to the version of Android with the new APIs. This feels like another developer preview to me in terms of bugginess. I uninstalled two apps in a row and both times the phone hung for like six seconds as I was uninstalling apps. Like this year, despite the fact that there are somehow fewer changes, the fingerprint sensor just doesn't work anymore at all. Your cell service status is like completely broken.
