The Weed Smell in San Francisco

I think in that San Francisco seems to be specializing in venture capital and tech companies, but also like a kind of aggressive craziness. So many people who like obviously were people going somewhere and who had some job to get to were still setting off this little internal trigger in my mind. I found myself constantly thinking about how this is such a difficult problem to try to solve. What could you practically try to do to make this better? It's very difficult to think of all around politically feasible solutions to something like this.
