i felt very emotional when my mam was talking about my nan sylvia and the extent of her a nervousness and nervous breakdowns. As i said, i wish i'd talked to mye an about it, and i wish that i had known about all this sooner. But you know, i guess it's never too late to ask these questions and to have these conversations. And if maybe this has been a nudge for you to have a big chat with someone in your life that you know very well, but don't really go there with then I'm glad,. i'm really glad that this might have inspired you to do the same.
