The Microaggression of Ladies
The executive assistant who was one of the original people addressed in this email even came out on Facebook later and said, look, everybody, I'm not offended by the word ladies. It should undermine someone candidacy for a job at a time when it's very difficult to find higher education professionals. The idea that this is happening in a school makes me concerned about what these kids are learning about what is and is not appropriate.
