Work From Home

If you're able to work from home even one day a week more than you an the base line, that's a 20 % reduction in sens driving. This increases satisfaction, increases productivity. Business is worry wel how do we know people are working at home? We should. Just if you track their productivity, people are actually more productive at home then than in the office. And now, just, there's so many efficiencies to be gained there. So i really hope that't one positive thing that comes out of the pandemic, is the shift towards a significant leap.
