When I've been at my worst, what's got me through is three people who message me every day. Just knowing that somebody messages you can make you feel less lonely. This isn't so much for lonely or isolated people. But keep tabs on your friends, just send them messages. And it is difficult when you've got ADHD. That's why everyone used to call me 'Jim Bob' - because I was in a gym.
