How to Get Your Team Aligned With the Product Owner Perspective

How do you kind of get to that alignment and buy in? So I've done a couple of different things that have helped. One is creating sort of a project vision statement, having it written up on the board or up on the screen. There might be some different motivations for developers versus designers vs product owners. But if everyone can look up and say, that's why we're doing this, that should help get some sort of mutual alignment there.
