The Importance of Conditioning and Weight Training

I've been lifting weights for over a year now. I find that my cardiovascular ability has increased immensely. And interestingly enough, my resting heart rate has dropped and my HRV has improved. So I find that that conditioning has really changed the game for me. If you're traveling, like I said, and you're away from your regular routine, it's not going to hurt you. It's going to be fine. Just relax and have a good time and come back and dive right back into it.
