The Book of Proverbs Is a Book of Wisdom
The Book of Proverbs in Hebrew, Greek and English is named after its distinctive genre of the Proverb. As we start the book of Proverbs, we should consider its significance as a book of wisdom. Wisdom is associated with knowledge, with skill, with the ability to get things done,. The Lord created using his wisdom, Psalm 104, verse 24: O Lord, how manifold are your works, in wisdom have you made them all.
