Is It Europe or the Us That Provoked Putin?

I think that's part of a tendency to blame America first, because we're so used to america doing bad things. And i think for a lot of us in our ration, that was our formative moment where we saw the dangers of American excess. But we have to be careful not to extend those lessons and apply them to very different cases that have nothing to do withour excess and misadventures 15 or 20 years ago. The argument that europe are the ones that provoked putin into this is just utterly absurd. It also, i think, assumes good intentions on the part of puten.
