Is strength is max strength a primary goal? Because if so, you can't get around heavy loads and lifting heavy. Sometimes the focus of power lifters, if they're far out from competition, can be a little bit less on max strength. While that's the ultimate goal, their immediate focus is on adding muscle mass to then convert that size and strength into strength later down the road. If BFR enables you to add muscle, which it can while training at a lighter load and kind of sparing, again, this is where BFR can be a really good implementation.
