The Importance of Honesty in a Classroom

Once a teacher has made a decision to ask a student to leave, they cannot back down. If you think somebody needs to leave and you say it, you've got to follow up with that. Otherwise the kids will know that they can push back on you. And what they really need from an adult in any field is for people to mean what they say.
