How Do You Stop Feeling Like That?

The best way to get out of it is to not look at it. It's a subconscious thought process that makes me think i might be dying if and that i can't quite catch my breath or get enough oxygen in. Sometimes i just catch my breath funny, or have other things do are my choice, that affect it more an they're just things t i'm not particularly willing to change. But also, at the same time, i think staring at your anxietyas is never ever going to make it go. And that's what i find so difficult toget out of when i'm in the dark periods of it. I just want to look at the anxiety the whole time,. because
