Why Did You Drop Out of College?

I was in my early 30s when I went back to university. My husband encouraged me to go and do what I wanted to do. The average age of students where I went, the University of North Carolina in Asheville was 28. But here's the cool thing: there are so many universities all around Canada and the US where the average age of the student body is not 20. It's not 21. That's a good example of how perception affects decisions. And that perception can be wildly misguided. But people need support. So if anybody in your life wants to go back to school, his advice is support them, encourage them to do it.
