Semantic antirealists, on the other hand, deny this and claim that truth must be defined in epistemic terms. For St. Thomas, it is not the mind that projects structure onto the world. Rather, it is the inherent intelligibility and structure of the world that makes the mind's activity possible. The world itself provides the human mind with structures or forms that it needs in order to think.
