The first thing you got to be thinking about is time. Get ahead of it. The next things that I think about are the four laws of combat leadership, cover move, simple prioritize, execute, decentralized command. Some people have a tendency to look out for themselves. And some people don't think anyone else can see it. So just watch out for that when you're making a decision.
