What's Your Day to Day Role?

My role has changed quite a bit since I first started, but today my day to day consists of a couple of different things. So meeting with my team, helping them to fine tune how they're approaching solving client problems. And then I spend a lot of my day helping to figure out how do we start to evolve what we're doing.
