How to Setup a Parabolic Dish
At 37 AU from the sun a given square kilometer of parabolic dish is gathering 1 megawatt of power or sunlight. You could do it with ice as well but that's going to be heavier and your reflectivity or albedo on ice isn't as high as a mirror so you need more. If someone felt like rebooting the 1970 sci-fi film Silent Running, this would probably be the approach to use to avoid the plot holes and issues with that film,. Some of them anyway.
