How to Build a Bond Ladder

We were using floating rate products last year is a proxy for an allocation to high yield bonds. And again, as we're nearing the ends of the hike cycle, we're thinking about transitioning those floating rate investments more to a fixed rate high yield product so that we can lock in the higher rates. We don't think that's imminent, but it will eventually happen. So Bruce is asking, you know, what the best way is to build sort of a bond ladder and also more specifically where things should be located, where a bond ladder should be located.
