The Importance of Mentors

I don't think it's of any relevance to say, to the public or to any people who shouldn't you learn something from that? I think that's totally irrelevant. Nobody wants to learn if they don't want to learn. And telling them that they should learn is disingenuous because it will fall upon deaf ears. But what if I do want to learn? Let me give you a specific example. A young person who has become a CEO or senior executive of a fast growing company.
