How to Reframe Mindfulness With Anxiety
With anxiety, it's really the emphasis there is on reframing. Acceptance is reframing mindfulness and leaning into the challenge. With distraction, I think that yes, you do need to reframe and see refocusing. That is exactly the practice you need. But the real work is on the mindfulness, building up your ability to theta lock. The stronger the theta locking ability, the less drowsy people get while practicing meditation.
