Bringing in OKRs in Engineering, Is There a Non-Painful Way?
I was talking about this recently with my new VP of operations. And she said to me, when bringing OKRs as a tool for alignment, it can't be smooth. It has to be painful for a little bit to actually drive that change home. So I'm kind of curious. Is there a non-painful way of making them part of a tool of alignment or would there always be some kind of needed pain? You have to push through.
