Darius Tyler: We just kind of wanted to have an open discussion about some of the stuff that we're doing on the day to day week by week, year by year basis. So I kind of think about this in a couple of ways. One is you know the technical aspects and then the other is kind of the conversational emotional intelligence if you will. It seems like every week there's some new technique or tool that is doing something.
