The board would be okay with a company not identifying an employee if they didn't consent to it. A fuzzy area would be, you know, I'm going to match this to a known person. This is something that we as a board would want to have a conversation with if this employee's not wearing a mask and can I match them to a name or do I just send a security personnel over here because the employee's not wore a mask? That's a harder issue than some people think.
