The Future of Balloon Fest

In the 80s, balloons were seen as a form of self-indulgence. Balloon Fest will be held in Cleveland's downtown public square on September 27th. It'll also double as a massive balloon factory and holding space while all the balloons get blown up with helium. This underdog city is at the forefront of something that's going to be historic and beautiful.
