The Evolution of Morality
We have evolved to perceive morality as objective. That's really functional in the context of group life in the ancient world. If everybody in your group agrees about a moral norm, it's going to appear to you as if that's like an obvious objective reality. So that understanding of morality is mismatched to our current world and that understands of morality is toxic.
