The Importance of Resisted Sled Training

There's no research to support it. As long as there's a holistic approach to it and we don't become polarizing our approach, I don't see any negative aspects to it. Multiple reasons to do un resisted sprint training in addition to resisted injury prevention. But sometimes with team sport athletes, I think you can get good bang for your buck as long as you coach it.
