What Causes Weather?
Dr Rob Thompson is a meteorologist at the University of Reading. He says we are hating our planet from the sun, that provides a lot of energy. When the sun is heating the atmosphere and more relevantly heating the ground, it doesn't heat evenly across the whole surface. The earth is tilted. That is partly why we get the seasons because you get more sunshine on one side than the other. And so that difference in heating is partlywhy we get any kind of weather.
