Why Did the Plain Turn East?
The pilot didn't verify the coordinates before executing. The plain started turning east when he selected romeo, it was to the east. If i remember right, romeo is over at bogota, which is on the outside of the valley,. That's why they crossed the mountains and then hit the mountains on the east side - that's when they turned back towards cali. And they didn't realize crossed over the mountains. They needed to type azo. But like on a plan yo in the dark, by mountains.
